Over the years, many “consumer oriented” bicycle stores have appeared in Santa Barbara. Yet it wasn’t until 1997, when Dave Lettieri opened FasTrack Bicycles, that serious road cyclists found a shop that could match their unique passion and address their specialized needs. 

Au Bon Climat sources fruit from several of the most highly regarded vineyards in the Central Coast. These include Clendenen’s own Le Bon Climat Vineyard and estate plantings at the legendary Bien Nacido Vineyard – both in Santa Maria Valley, Sanford & Benedict Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills, Los Alamos Vineyard (Santa Barbara County), and San Luis Obispo County’s Talley Vineyard.

After 20 years in the surf, skate and snowboard business, founder Chip Wilson took the first commercial yoga class offered in Vancouver and found the result exhilarating. The post-yoga feeling was so close to surfing and snowboarding that it seemed obvious that yoga was an ideology whose time had come (again).

Cotton clothing was being used for sweaty, stretchy power yoga and seemed completely inappropriate to Chip, whose passion lay in technical athletic fabrics. From this, a design studio was born that became a yoga studio at night to pay the rent. Clothing was offered for sale and an underground yoga clothing movement was born. The success of the clothing was dependent on the feedback from yoga instructors who were asked to wear the products and provide their insights.

A collection of my “open space” photos, most taken on day hikes around Los Angeles and Orange Counties and a few in Tulare, Kern, Santa Barbara, Ventura Counties and San Diego Counties. On this site you will find trail pictures and other information about many popular wild and scenic spots in Southern and Central California.

“Open space” could be a state park or beach, a coastal area, a wilderness park or natural preserve. Open space is good for our environment and offers many outdoor recreational opportunities such as hiking, mountain biking, picnics, camping, wildlife and native plant viewing, photography or just to enjoy the natural scenic beauty of California.

I feel so blessed to work with such amazing clients and for the opportunity to collaborate with other artists, illustrators and photographers who’ve pushed my creative limits as my portfolio has expanded and evolved. I’m so thankful for you all!

Kevin was born in Kuwait, with family roots in New York and a childhood growing up in several countries. Life began in the darkroom every day after high school, followed by college studies in astronomy. For Kevin it’s all about the feeling, as he creates an emotional connection in images that range from quiet and still to explosively dynamic. A commercial advertising photographer, Kevin returned recently from St Lucia – creating a new global ad campaign for American Express and Delta. To him every assignment is an opportunity to create something extraordinary, and have a lot of fun. Kevin has won numerous awards including Archive International’s July 2016 The Angle Page 4 200 Best Ad Photographers, Best of Show in the APA National Awards, and a close second place in the sixth grade spelling bee. His commercial clients include American Express, Delta,The North Face, Nike, Patagonia, Oakley, Black Diamond, Adobe, FedEx and many others worldwide.

With a background in both photojournalism and portraiture, Willa Kveta takes a photojournalist’s approach to documenting moments as they happen, and a wedding photographer’s approach to capturing beauty as it unfolds before her lens.

Bill Dewey is a native of San Diego County and attended Brooks Institute of Photography, the University of California at Davis and Rochester Institute of Technology.  He has had his private pilot’s license since 1981 and bases his aerial photography out of Santa Barbara airport.

Bill has been photographing the California landscape since taking up the camera in the early 1970’s and has had a photography studio/business in Santa Barbara for 30 years.   Some of his favorite subjects include the California Channel Islands, the Carrizo Plain, Baja California, and the rural California landscape.  A member of the Santa Barbara OAK Group, he has been distinctly influenced by the art and character of the noted California painter Ray Strong.

The Pure Order Brewery is located at 410 North Quarantina Street just south of Downtown Santa Barbara. It is a 2,000 square foot warehouse with an adjacent tasting garden and hop yard.  A set of industrial style rolling doors open up to reveal a custom built tasting bar made entirely of local Santa Barbara wood. Behind the bar is a 10-tap set up pouring strictly Pure Order brews.
