AND THE WINNERS ARE…the 2017 Gaviota Coast Photo Contest awards ceremony was held Wednesday, June 21st at the Impact Hub. Winners were announced in five categories plus a people’s choice award and a best of show awards were given. This contest was held to showcase one of the largest remaining stretches of undeveloped coastline in southern California, with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands National Park, undeveloped coastal bluffs, agricultural land, varied native habitats, the Santa Ynez Mountains, and the Baron Ranch Trail. Proceeds from the event went to fund construction of Baron Ranch Trail.
